How a consultation runs

Three steps. No ceremony.

01

Open the patient

Start with a concise summary of what matters now, not a pile of unrelated notes.

02

Record the consultation

Use the device that fits your room and let MEDINTELLE capture the conversation while you stay engaged.

03

Review and sign

Check the generated note, make any edits you want, then sign off when it is accurate.

Clinical trust

The clinician stays in control.

MEDINTELLE is built to support clinical documentation, not replace clinical judgement. Generated content is presented for review before sign-off.

Review before filing

Nothing should become part of the record just because AI generated it. The clinician reviews and edits first.

‘Ask about this patient’ is traceable

Answers are drawn only from this patient’s own recorded notes, and every answer names the consultations it came from — so it can be checked against the source rather than taken on trust.

Pricing

One price per doctor. It gets cheaper as you grow.

No feature maze. No separate transcription tier. No paying extra to use premium features like ‘Ask about this patient’.

Progressive clinic pricing: each pricing band applies only to the doctors within that band. For example, a 10-doctor clinic pays S$99 each for the first 5 doctors and S$89 each for doctors 6–10.
Volume pricing · SGD
S$99/ doctor / month

That is the rate for your first five doctors. Doctors 6–15 are S$89 each and 16–30 are S$79 each, so the more doctors you add, the less each one costs. A 10-doctor clinic pays S$940 a month — S$94 per doctor.

All prices in Singapore dollars (SGD). Every plan includes the complete MEDINTELLE workflow.

From the blog

Short reads for people building better clinic workflows.

Why “AI scribe” is only half the problem

Writing the note is only one part of clinical documentation. The next consultation still begins with a different problem: finding the context that matters from everything that happened before.

MEDINTELLE is designed around both sides of that workflow. It helps prepare the note after a consultation and brings forward relevant history, treatment changes and follow-ups before the next one begins.

The difference between storing notes and remembering a patient

A folder full of notes can preserve information without making change obvious. Clinicians still have to reconstruct the story: what changed, why it changed, and what was meant to happen next.

A connected longitudinal view makes that thread visible, so the record becomes easier to use during a real consultation instead of being something you search through afterwards.

Why clinician review stays in the loop

Generated documentation can save time, but speed cannot replace clinical judgement. MEDINTELLE presents generated content for clinician review, editing and sign-off before it becomes part of the workflow.

The principle is simple: AI can help prepare the record. The clinician remains responsible for what is accepted.

Ask about this patient, in plain language

Search assumes you know the word you are looking for. Clinical questions rarely work that way. What a doctor actually wants to know, thirty seconds before a patient sits down, is whether the dizziness resolved, when the dose last changed, or whether anyone followed up on the blood pressure reading from December.

Those questions span visits. They cut across letters, notes and results that were each filed separately and correctly, and none of which answers the question on its own.

MEDINTELLE answers them from the patient’s own recorded notes, and shows which consultations the answer came from. That last part matters more than the answer itself: a response you cannot trace is a response you have to verify manually, which costs more time than looking it up would have.

The answer is a starting point for clinical judgement, not a substitute for it. Every response points back at the source so it can be checked against the record.
